At Sealant Wholesale, we strive to ensure you receive the high-quality products you need for every project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Items

Send the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
