What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
To qualify for our wholesale rates, we typically require a minimum order of one full case per product. Specific case quantities vary by container size, such as 12-packs for standard cartridges or 20-packs for sausages.
Do you offer technical data sheets (TDS) for your products?
Yes, comprehensive Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for download on every product page to ensure you have the necessary specifications for your project.
How do you ensure product freshness and shelf life?
We manage a high-turnover inventory with strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols. We guarantee that all sealants shipped have at least 6 months of remaining shelf life unless otherwise specified in a clearance listing.
What are your shipping options for hazardous materials?
Certain solvent-based sealants are classified as hazardous materials. We ship these via certified ground carriers in compliance with DOT regulations. Please note that expedited air shipping is not available for these specific items.
Can I return unused cases of sealant?
We accept returns on unopened, full cases within 30 days of delivery. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of chemical adhesives, we cannot accept returns on individual tubes or products that have been stored in non-climate-controlled environments.
Do you provide credit terms for high-volume contractors?
Yes, we offer Net 30 terms for established commercial accounts. You can apply for a line of credit by submitting a formal credit application through our 'Pro Accounts' portal.
