Frame- mate is a high quality, waterproof acrylic based sealant that provides a long lasting, permanently flexible seal that can be over-painted when cured. Can be used internally and externally, sealing around timber and metal window and door frames.  Easy to clean and suitable for use around window and door frames. Ideal for use on wood, concrete, brick and natural stone. Not suitable for uPVC.
